TO ALL MEMBERS The Twenty Second Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held on Friday, August 23, 2002 at 18:15 hrs. at the Royal Bombay Seamen’s Society Hall, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400 038 to consider the following items on the agenda. ORDINARY BUSINESS 1. To read and confirm the minutes of the Twenty First AGM held on September 14, 2001. 2. To approve the Annual Report of the Association. 3. To receive and adopt Audited statement of Accounts of the Association for the year 2000-2001. 4. To appoint Messer’s A. N. Shunmugam & Co. as Auditors for year 2002-2003 and fix their remuneration. 5. To approve the revised list of the Executive Committee Members. SPECIAL BUSINESS 6. To approve participation of ‘DRACEA’ in the ‘Dufferin Museum Trust’ and ‘DRACEA’s’ contribution to trust of Rs.50,000/- towards the trust’s corpus. 7. To ratify nominations of Capt. N. A. Hiranandani and Capt. Kirti Guha / alternate member Capt. R. Tandon as ‘DRACEA’s’ representatives in the ‘Dufferin Museum Trust’. OTHER ITEMS 8. The Annual Get-together and Dinner of the Association takes place end November early December depending on the 75 years celebration. 9. To consider any other activities for the year 2002-2003 and suggestions from the committee members. 10. Any other matters with the permission of the chair.
